| Our company was established in July,2005, located with the total locating area of 2000 m2 in HuaRong Industrial Area. DaLang Village, LongHua a very convenient traffic site.
We specializes in designing and producing all kinds of plastic injection mold and parts, such as plastic gears ,audio products copiers, mobile phones, cameras, DVD and VCD players, printers etc., these kinds of plastic parts.
Insisting on high starting point, high criterion, the company is always in pursuit of most advanced mould techniques and the expertise quality from domestic and abroad so as to provide the customers with the high quality products and service. The company has a number of rich experience technicians (mostly have more than 8 years experience in the same industry). Now the company is in possession of a number of the first class molding, injection and the measuring equipment, such as slow wire cutting machine, CMM ,projector etc.
Perfect production management system and quality assurance system have been established. We have passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 in the middle of 2006. The certificates are awarded by German TUV.
We can design and make the parts according to customers' drawing or sample. Currently, our products have been exported to Europe, USA, Japan and other areas. The main customers include BMW, Volkswagen etc.
